Grease stained khaki shorts?
Question:I have a pair of khaki shorts that have a grease (almost like car grease) and I need to get the stain out if possible (their my husband's fav pants) I have tried shout but it didn't do much. Any laundry guru out their with the best stain removing advice?

In any supermarket in the detergent aisle there these tiny stain remover bottles by "red devil" the name of one of them is called "grease gone" it rocks. My friends husband is a mechanic and it works trust me!
I use the Tide Stick To Go. IT REALLY WORKS!!

Lestoil made by the clorox company is the best I have ever used. My daughter had a purple crayon in her pocket that went through the washer AND dryer. I took Lestoil and soaked the cloths for a few days, rubbing all the spots and every spot came out. I have used this even after the cloths were dried in the dryer and it works. I know it's hard to find in certain areas but maybe order on line if needed. It will work.

I heard that pine sol ( a floor cleaner) can get oil and grease stains out of clothes. You could try a dish soap since it cuts through grease. Or use mean green all purpose cleaner which also helps with grease stains on the spot.
