Wouldn't it be nice if we could all afford Tide. Not sure one is better than the other. It depends on how dirty you clothes are! I use Arm & Hammer and fabric softner that is diluted 1 part water to 1 part softner. Don't like spending a lot of money on things that will go down the drain
Tide without a doubt is the best one. Use tide coldwater to save on running the hot water for laundry. It helps a lot to just do cold water washes, that's what I do unless one of my kids is sick and I use hot water just to really make sure to get the germs out of their sheets and blankets.
This is strictly a matter of preference. Those who are recommending Tide obviously watch too much television and have seen to many of Proctor and Gamble's ads.
I used Arm and Hammer laundry detergent and it works fine for me, and it's quite inexpensive.
You may like Sunlight better because ot its fragrance and it costs less than Tide
I as well use the Arm & Hammer with fabric softener. Tide is around $7 a bottle in my area, and A&H is $2.50. When I cannot find the A&H, I use Wisk-it smells really good! I've never seen Sunlight.
tide. sunlight is a cheaper imitation of tide.
For myself, I enjoy Tide cold water. But i have known several people to be allergic to something in Tide and not Sunlight, so keep and eye out for the if you have extremely hypoallergenic skin.
I like Mela power by Melaleuca it works good and is save for the enviroment. GO GREEN! and is awesome when used with there Mela brite.
After much trial and error, I have found that All Small and Mighty works the best, the one in the blue bottle. Tide is okay, Sunlight doesn't work at all. The cheap stuff doesn't always work.
I have also found Era works well too.
