My French door windows have accumulated an opague deposit that won't come off with anything. Any suggestions?

Question:The opagueness is like a mineral residue. The only thing that approaches getting rid is scraping with a razorblade. Have tried vinegar, bleach, Wisk, etc., etc.

Answers:
If it is on the outside, and not condensation between
double glass, try acetone.
Wear rubber gloves.
Any hardware store will have it.

Goo Gone! Spray it on and let it sit for about 10 - 15 minutes. This stuff works on anything stuck on and has a nice citrus smell.
Goo-Gone is great...my mom used to use it to remove gum from the furniture...it should work.
