How do I clean hardwood floors?

Question:

Answers:
hot water and white vinegar (50/50 mix)...then about once every three months, I clean the floor with Murphy's oil soap and hot water to add a little extra shine.

Water and vinegar is as good as it gets and it is cheap too.
cheeze
My sister works for a flooring company and she says just water.
I'm say water and vinegar too. It works the best of anything I have used. Cleans, makes it shine and doesn't leave a stinky smell like some cleaners.
swiffer!
I tried alot of Products on the Market and the best thing I found is you will need a Good Mop, not a Sponge Mop and use Murpheys Oil Soap, mixed with a gallon of water per cup of Cleaner. Mop it well and then Rinse it with a Clean Damp Mop...I tried the Water and Vinegar technique and it left a Dull film to it.
I use a sponge mop and Murphy's oil soap.
