I sat in my son's silly putty. How do I clean it off my pants?

There are 3 things that i know of.the same for bubblegum. One try ice...freeze the putty and see if it will chip off.and Two...peanut butter. The oils in the peanut butter may disintegrate the putty. I know this works well with bubblegum.
The only thing i know that u might try is witch hazel. It is use as a kind of paint thinner that won't damage your clothing. That may also help get the putty off.

freeze it, then use a plastic knife to scrape it off, it will leave an oily stain unless you use a de-greaser on the spot after you remove the sily putty, mean green worked for me, i got it on a pair of ivory linen pants, but you cant tell it now
Sit on a comic strip.
Try Goo Gone. This stuff is amazing. It works for lots of stains, although I have never tried it for Silly Putty. Be sure to follow the directions on the bottle.
