How do you wash shoes in the washing machine?
Question:I need some advice on how to wash my shoes in the washing machine. They are white Nikes. Should I bleach them, should I wash it in cold, hot, cool, or warm water?

Bleach will probably make them turn yellowish. How about a whitening detergent? Maybe some of that Oxy powder? I use warm water for mine.
Also, when you wash them, put a couple towels in with them so they have something to agitate against. It will remove the dirt better. And don't put them in the dryer.

I dont think you wash them like that...You wash them ordinarily. With water and soap...using your hands! Bum bum bum!
try opening the top dropping in the shoes, adding some soap and hitting the start button...good luck with it
just soap but put them in a pillow case and tie with a rubber band if you put them in the dryer make sure there are towels in there with them but i would leave them out of the dryer and stuff towels in them so they will dry faster
Warm water, Tide. Double tie the laces, so they don't get frayed.
If they are all white try a detergent with bleach (do not add liquid bleach) If it has laces, take the laces off first and wash them separetly. If they have some stains, pre wash the spots with some of those bleachy spot removers first. Ah, use cold water if they are canvas, if you use warm or hot water the canvas (some % of cotton) may shrink.
I have always just thrown mine in the washer with some detergent on gentle cycle, and then let them air dry.
