Rust remover?

Question:my dishrack is getting rusty on the bottom n there is no way i can clean or scrub it since its a small area and my hands wont fit in. & I have a few other items in my bathroom that would get rusty when it's soaked in water. I remember seeing a product on tv where u can just soak the item n the rust comes off. I'm not sure if those even work but I don't mind testing it out.. So if anyone know what product this is, please let me know. Thanks

CLR cleaner is what I have found to be the best. I own a cleaning co. and I have used many different products and this one has stuck. Please read the directions carefully though.
