How do you clean dress on porcine dolls?

remove from the doll place inside of a pillow case and wash on gentle setting, my wife did it with all her old porcelain dolls.
I would put it in the sink and hand-wash it with a mild detergent...rinse and use a small amount of fabric softener than let it air dry.
Put the doll inside a bag and sprinkle in some salt now give it a good shake the salt will clean it , or you could always use the brush attachment from your vacum and do it that way
