How to clean vertical blinds at home?
Question:
Answers:
Take a clean Paintbrush and brush downward on your verticals this will clean off the dust and your blinds will be clean again, works really nice. Good Luck !
if it's just dusting then a swifer works well or you can use a dryer sheet.
She's right. The swiffer works wonders. They have one that look like torn rags that I use on my blinds and other tricky places. They have a plastic handle that slides into a little sleeve on the dusters. The dusters are disposable and come about 8 to a box. I close my blinds and clean them from the top to the bottom. Then I open them the opposite way and repeat the cleaning so that I get both sides of them. I also use the little gadget to clean my keyboard, to dust around knickknacks, etc.
I put them on my yard, spray with water first, then i spray with some .99 pine cleaner..then i scrub with my .99 cents brush, then i spray with the hose again...After that you can put it standing on the wall to dry or open it normally...Hope it works for you...
Take them down. Put towels down on the bottom of your tub. Fill your tub with water about a few inches over the towels. Add a 2 tablets of toilet bowl cleaner. Put your blinds in the water and wipe them with a cloth. Be careful not to put hte top of the blinds into the water (as the mechanic will rust and then they're garbage). When you're done, drain the water and shower off the blinds (again being careful with the top). Wipe off with a dry cloth, and rehang! It's okay to rehang them if they're a little wet.
