First thing to do is put them in the sunlight, The sun kills of the mold. Then add lemon juice and again leave in the sun. If it´s of dry cleaning material add lemon juice & salt, then wash down with a wet sponge
Use Clorox if the clothing is white in color, otherwise, I don't know what you can use.
Wash with vinegar. Then with your regular detergent and if the black mold does not come out then lay them in the sun and spray them with lemon juice...
cut them out with a scissor or dip garment in gasoline and lite with a match
If you can bleach it out without destroying the garment, good luck. It's like trying to get mildew or BO out of clothing--I've never succeeded in completely eliminating those things either. Come to think of it, I never tried dipping it in gasoline.
