How do you get rid of olive oil on a polyester shirt?
Question:well i was helpnig out my mom to cook and i splashed olive oil on my white jersey, and i washed it and it still doesnt come off. any ideas? thank you in advance

I have heard that for any type of cooking oil stains to use pinesol floor cleaner on them to get the stain out. Or use a dish soap that eats at grease. hope this helps!
Soak in a double shot of Biz or Oxygen cleaner and then wash. Let it air dry to check to make sure the oil is gone.
If your shirt is white, try water diluted Clorox. Just put a splash in the cap then add HOT water and pour on the stain. You should see it disappear before your eyes. Or another suggestion is Dawn dishwashing soap, rub in good. This is good for all grease spots but usually when clothes haven't been washed yet.
After either one, wash and air dry.
