Pen ink off an LCD screen?

Question:My 3 year old had himself a great time in the office with a pen. First he doodled on the computer screen with a pen, and then got ink to come out everywhere and rubbed it on the screen and the top of the mouse. I tried Windex and it didnt touch it. Any other suggestions?
