Do you know how to get rid of watermarks on your shower door?
Question:I do! I just found out by testing it! I used Tesco lemon wipes for the kitchen and guess what? They work a treat on acrylic plastic shower doors for getting rid of those ugly water marks. Just thought I'd share the secret!

Limescale remover is very easy also!
lima a way
thanks, but where do I find this product/
the best products are viakal spray or chillit BANG spary...quick and effortless. spray on, leave a few moments and wipe off with a smooth, damp (not wet!) surfaced cloth.
Cillit Bang it!
Thanks for that. When we get a shower fitted I shall remember.
We have glass, so I use the window cleaner, and just wipe/scrub depending on how tough, and it's gone shortly afterwards.
i always use white vinegar mixed with water and then kitchen towel to dry it - stays smear free for ages and cheap too!
Thanks Now I know.
I know this is going to sound like i am out the ark but forget all that expensive rubbish and go for good old vinegar and newspaper, it not only cleans fab but it is also one of the worlds oldest anti-bactierial remedies, (trust me im old)
Great idea. To save yourselves some trouble if you will wipe down the shower and shower door after every use you will not get water build up. Another item I use is WD40. I clean houses and offices I use this stuff all the time when wiping dry a sink or countertop and my own shower and bathtub. When I get done cleaning my shower or bathtub I spray WD40 on a dry cleaning rag and wipe dry the shower and bathtub. WD40 is a good water repellent.
Try using WD-40 also. It not only takes off the water marks, but removes soap scum as well. Just be careful about getting it on the floors or they will be very slippery!
thanks for the tip
I use windowlene spray. You just spray the door and wipe and the same on the other side.
