When I bought mine I had it professional stain proofed with that stain guard. Since then I have had many stains with my 4 year old and 10 year old O and we can't forget their dad!
I use stainsafe. I bought it when I bought the furniture so I imagine that you could pick it up at your local furniture store. It has worked on lipstick (that yucky play make-up junk) to lotions to even black pen ink.

This solution will also work on furniture just follow the tip Brush off suede stains
To eliminate a fresh grease spot on a suede jacket or skirt, gently brush it with a soft toothbrush dipped in white vinegar. Let the spot air-dry, then brush with a suede brush. Repeat if necessary. You can also generally tone up suede items by lightly wiping them with a sponge dipped in vinegar.
