How can I make my bath towels smell fresher?

Question:

Answers:
Put a couple drops of either lemon or lavender oil in the rinse cycle of your washing... it makes them smell heavenly.

You can also hang some potpourri sachets inside your linen closet (try citrusy scents). They'll smell real fresh.

Try storing them with dryer sheets in between (like Bounce)
nothin beats good old fashioned line dryin in the sun, they will be stiff if u dont use a fabric softener in the wash.
wash then dry using fabric softener
Do you store them in the bathroom? if so, try keeping them in a nearby cupboard instead. In the bathroom, they'll get all that dampness from shower mist every day,and when it's time to use them, they're already musty.

If you use them more than once before washing them, you should also consider a larger towel bar. The more space they take up, the faster they will dry. A towel rack near the door, and away from the shower or toilet is best, as they will get more fesh air.

A heat lamp, or UV light in the bathroom can also limit the growth of bacteria a little, and aid in drying the towels. Using the fan helps too.
Store the towels with a very good smelling bar of soap.
a few drops of eucalyptus oil in the washing machine with the towels and they will smell wonderful and fresh
