Ewwww gross !?

Question:When taking a shower..
1) Who reuses a washcloth or a bathtowel a 2nd time before putting it in the laundry.
Aren't you using soap with your washcloth anyway, how much cleaner is the washer gonna make it? You're clean so how would your bathtowel be dirty?

2) Do you share a washcloth or a bathtowel?

Answers:
Towels can be hung dry and re-used more than once, in my opinion. We don't usually "share" them (except my small girls and I). Washcloths on the otherhand are not shared, or used more than once. Yes the soap is making them clean, but washcloths after wet hold germs and multipy, because they usually stay wet. Just one moms opinion. :)

You leave skin flakes on the towel. And skin flakes will get germy even if you are clean.
I will use one bath towel throughout the week and i don't use a wash cloth, i use a shower poof. You are clean when you get out of the shower (obviously) so all you are doing is soaking up the excess water so it's not like the towel gets "dirty".
your washcloth gets full of dead skin cells, and possibly fungus (athletes foot). When the soap scum dries, it locks this stuff in. If the towel doesn't dry quick enough, it can mildew and also get dead skin cells and fungus
oil grease and dead shin is why you wash them.
Yep
wash clothes are used once, towels 3 days and then washed..
I agree with Jennifer K.
Towels can be used more than once, not washcloths.

Once you have kids you learn not to be so rigid about things anymore. You can“t be anyway, if you still want to remain sane!!
