I used to work in a shoe shop when I left school and the shoe stretcher we used was simply the end of a broom handle!Dont laugh! We used to simply use the broom handle to ease the leather from the inside-so if someone said the shoes were too tight we would take them out the back and then easse them off.Everyone seemed to find it helped so I do the same now!
The other method is simply to wear the shoes with thick socks around the house for as long as you can bear it-after a few days the shoe leather will have stretched enough to wear them comfortably.
Finally wet newspaper over night is said to help-although I never found it worked for me.

I once used baby oil on the inside edges of a pair of leather sandles I had and then tried stretching them with my hands and by putting my feet in and stretching it around. I would be careful how much you use because depending on the leather the oil might ruin it.
wee in them and leave for 20mins
IVE BEEN TOLD WET NEWS PAPER LEFT OVERNIGHT WORKS
Get them stretched at a shoe menders, or buy a shoe stretcher. You can stretch out the toes by wetting some newspaper, scrunching it up and stuffing it firmly in the toe - leave in a warm place like a hot press for a few days.
The very same thing happened to me, when I bought a pair of Clark's leather court shoes. I stuffed them tight with wet, screwed up newspaper and left them overnight and they have been just fine since then.
Take them to your nearest cobbler , he as a stretching last that he puts them in for a week , they usually come out right, you can buy a last to do this , but unless you are in need of it for all your shoes , they are to expensive, so take it to cobblers,
get 2 plastic bags - put them into the shoes - fill with water - tie a knot - put in freezer until next day.works a treat.
You can buy a gadget called a shoe-stretcher - I've put a link below to show you what I mean!
My ex girlfriend used to always do this! she used to get me to wear them around the house! she had size 4 feet and mine are 6! I would put them on for about 10 mins and then they were sorted! so thats the answer get your friends or your boyfriend to help you out! ... Im glad when we split! I could finally stop my feel throbbing lol!
What I have done before now was soak the shoes in a bowl of cold water with the adjustable shoe/boot shaper. (you know the ones where toffs put in the boots/shooes to keep the shape and every so often stretch the leather to the required length or shape then dry naturally. It worked for me.
stuff as much wet newspaper in them as you can, really tight and leave them overnight, OR get someone who is one size bigger than you to wear them for a while
Apply oil to the exterior and leave over night in a cool place. that will do the trick. or alternatively get someone of the same shoe size to break them in, its a lot easier and less hassle for you.
I bought leather shoes and they where very tight on my feet, they didn't seem to want to stretch out until I got them wet and wore them until they are dry or almost dry. Then spray them with a sealer protector. My shoes lasted for years after that.
You might laugh at this , but it work´s . You try for yourself then write me a little note . Get 2 freezer bags, with bare feet slip your feet inside the bag´s. Now slip your feet into the shoe´s . Walk around your house like this for as long as you can & this will stretch your shoe´s. also this way when you buy new shoes that do fit, this stop´s you from getting blister´s . But if your shoe´s are 1 size to small. I suggest you take them to your nearest shoe mender´s , they will put them on a special machine, or put them on a shoe stretcher
stuff newspaper into them overnight
