I would say either use a bug bomb, or roll up all the windows and spray with a bug spray and then let your car totally air out before getting in. You may need to clean the dashboard and anything plastic just so the repellent doesn't ruin the plastic surfaces.
sweet smelling roach spray, or fumigate it, buy a fogger
Bengal spray is awesome. I know they sell it down south, check if they have it where you are.
