How do u get oil stains out of comforter(sp)?

Question:Mi brother got vaseline lotion on mi bed and then i wiped it w/ a cloth. So now its an oil stains!

Answers:
Sprinkle corn starch on the spot and let it sit there for about a day. Then scrape the excess off and wash as you normally would.

haha what was he doing :)
Whenever I get grease on my clothes, I rub a little flour into the stain and then rub a little Dawn dish detergent into it, next throw it into the washer - most of the time it works. You could also try Spray and Wash, but definitely use the flour. I think it coats the oil and makes it easier to remove.
DON'T USE SPRAY AND WASH-IT SETS OIL STAINS PERMANENTLY. I learned this trick from the book, "The Queen of Clean talks Dirty Laundry", Use WD-40 on it. Sounds crazy doesn't it. It takes out oil based stains. Spray it with the WD-40, then wash as usual. You can look it up in her book, it really works.
get yourself to the auto parts store get some goop hand cleaner ... rub on let sit then in about 10 -15 minutes wash and keep the freaks out of your bed
