Have you tried Milton or any other sterilizing solution used for sterilizing new born baby´s bottle´s, this will rid the stain and the smell

I would try an oxy clean product and rinse thoroughly. If there is still a problem, there are products available at an industrial cleaners store to remove odors.
GOOD LUCK... I had that happen to a car years ago and I finally just pulled up the carpet and replaced it... AND... once the carpet was up, I had to get the smell OUT OF THE METAL FLOORBOARDS.
I would try steam cleaning and then when its dry try nil odour you could also try putting baking soda down and then vacuuming it out. But you have to get rid of all the milk first trying an enzyme cleaner would be worth a try too. It is a carpet so treat it like any other carpet
have you tried just spraying the affected area with a simple solution of lemon juice and water? Im sure it will help.
Try sprinking the area with bicarbonate of soda then sprinkle with cold water leave over night and then hoover the area. If this does not work try using white wine vinegar. If all else fails use an enzyme odor remover which you can get from most pet stores
To get rid of stuff like that I've used a cleaner called Thieves. I use it on pretty much everything in my house and it seems to always work. If you want some more info about it go to www.moldrx4u.com that's where I got it from.
