One could say you got what you asked for as it technically is a solar powered dryer (although probably not the kind you were thinking of). Next time check for details on what it is you're buying for $600 as clotheslines definitely don't cost that much.

When you sent him money, he sent you a pair of scissors. So you could, literally, CUT you debt in half! It went to court and he won - his ads never said how he would do it...!
