Vacuum out all the accumulated gunk. Take a butter knife and cover the end with a rag. Dip in soapy water and run it up and down the tracks. Rinse the same way with clean water.
Vacuum hose should do it.
Take a bar of soap run it up and down the track so it makes groves in the bar of soup. Rinse with garden hose.
Vacuum first then use an old tooth brush or a brush of some sort with a cleaner on it, scrub and dry out with a paper towel, give a shot of good silicone spray and repeat in about a month--Should work great.
