Question:Does anyone know what I can use to remove baked-on, non-stick cooking spray from my glass bakeware? It's a thin layer but I want to get it off before it becomes thick and even harder to remove.
Answers:
Sounds silly, but respray it with non-stick cooking spray & wipe with one of the green scrungie things.
Just let it sit in hot, soapy water for an hour or so. Use a plastic scrubber to remove any stubborn spots.
try using an SOS pad i find those work wonders on my glass ware and it doesn't scratch.
yea try an sos pad those work great just dont use them on teflon, because it will scratch it. or you might want to try that new pomolive scrubing soap stuff, i think that might work great
I would try vinegar and baking soda. Makes a thick paste and let it soak.
SOS pads and a lot of elbow grease. I found this to be the best.
Fill it with Hot tap water, dish soap and 1 cup of vinegar. Let it sit overnight. Then just wipe out in the morning
Buy some dishwasher liquid detergent.Even the cheap stuff and soak dish in that with really hot water. It should come off..
Soak it overnight with 1/2 a cup of vinegar a splash of dawn or whatever else you use, and hot water. next day sponge it clean, with a cello sponge, *one side sponge and the other side rough for scrubbing).
Use SOS pads. They work great!!
Soak your dish in a little bit of Clorax and water . Years ago thats how they use to clean stains out of cups from tea and it always came clean . But wash it thoroughly when done soaking , so you dont have the smell of Clorax
SOS pad, zud, ajax, comet, bar keepers friend, soft scrub
any of these will work.
Use oven cleaner.
soak it will bleach, another way is to soak it with coke, you know, coke that you buy to drink!Coke is acidic and will clean most any stain on hard surfaces. You can also scrub it with baking soda and water.Yet another way is to use vinegar to soak it in.
