White vinegar is great for stainless steel sinks. Just pour some either onto a damp cloth or strait into the sink, wipe over, rinse and then use a dry cloth to buff. Also there is no smell with white vinegar.

You can make your own soft scrub that is gentle and less expensive than soft scrub brand, Just pour on some dishwashing liquid and put a little Baking soda then clean your stainless steel, this will not scratch as the baking soda will not scratch and the dishwashing liquid adds a buffer, and these two combinations will clean and polish Good Luck !
You will find it hard to beat a mix of white vinegar and lemon juice, It shines and smells good too. Wipe on and off with soft cloth. Good luck.
Plain hot, soapy water will clean it just fine. Use a microfiber cloth for lintless cleaning and drying. If you have stains to contend with, use a bit of baking soda. Plain rubbing alcohol will help remove water spots and leave a nice shine. If you want to add a bit of brilliance, a light rubbing of vegetable or mineral oil well buffed will help.
