Get you one of those mist bottles, and fill it up half way with vinegar, and the rest with purified water, and shake it up real good before misting, and repeat this everyday for about a week, and I'll just bet you'll get rid of it completely!! Most likely you'll get rid of it, the first try, because vinegar is for getting rid of germs, and all kinds of stains, and the like! I even use it for getting rid of wrinkles out of my clothing straight out of the dryer!! The vinegar smell disipates, so its safe to use on clothing, and it really does get rid of those wrinkles!! Not to mention any kinds of shoe odors, or mildew odors, of any kind's!! So, if it gets rid of mildew smell's than its got to get rid of mildew itself!! You can also try baking soda, for this problem you are having!! Baking soda is really good for stained teeth, and alot of people use it for brushing their teeth with, and believe me, it work's, great for whitening teeth!! So, this too will probably work for getting rid of your mildew!! Good Luck, to you!!

I've been told oven cleaner does a good job, but never tried it. It might be worth a try since all else has failed.
Try the Comet that contains bleach or try Softscrub that contains bleach. Squirt onto the mold, let set for a while, then scrub.
my mom had that problem she used mr clean magic sponge earser it worked.i swear by those now they get anything and everything clean and looking new.good luck
"Hmgbrd" is right about the vinegar. Vinegar is great at removing stains, deodorizing, killing germs, etc... Plus it is very inexpensive. Not only does it remove stains, but it kills mold/mildew which is most important. As mentioned, the vinegar smell dissipates after it is dry. If the stains are that stubborn, though, the for the first application I would try straight vinegar. Then to keep it up use a 1/2 vinegar 1/2 water mixture.
Tilex. Scrub with brush.
