How do I remove hair dye from my kitchen?
Question:I was dying my friends hair extensions and I had dropped the bottle, it splattered all over the kitchen floor and table.. How do I remove it?

If you have any of the hair dye left, put a little dab on a cotton ball and go over the stain, it will actually pick it up if the stain hasn't already set.

Try using straight peroxide, that could do it. If not then us 1/2 cup of bleach and 2 cups of hot water,keep a SOS pad near you for the tough stains, but use it very gentle.

I help my friend dye extensions all the time, and we always manage to get it all over. Her kitchen floor is tile and the rest of her house has wood floor. When we get the dye on the tile, all we do is wipe it off with a magic eraser, its really easy because there is no way for the pigment to seep in. As for the wood, when we are running across the floor to rinse them, we often drop some, for wood, linoleum, fake wood etc.. you need to wipe it off fast or it will seep in and there will be a light black spot. For carpet, use a good carpet cleaner, ttry OOPS all purpose cleaner..
