I agree with the Dawns detergent... works great... I would put some on the spot and leave over night and wash it in the morning.

Try boiling some water and soaking the shirt in the kitchen sink in boiling water until it cools off...then spray it with stain remover and wash.
Try using a little Dawn Dishwashing Liquid.. right on it.. rub it in. Then wash it as you normally do... it may take two trys but it should work!
Listoil did the trick for me. pour a little on the stain and rub it in then wash right away..
Dawn Dish Soap and rub it good and let set and then rinse with warm water. You may have to repeat!
