Question:okay sooo i really want2 skrink my shorts cauz they are a little big i do not want the waist 2 shrink just how long they r can u plz help i will give 10 points to best answer thanx

Normally pants and shorts shrink width and shirts shrink up, so I would say get a needle and some thread turn them inside out and fold them to the length you want them to be and start sewing!
It sounds like you need them hemmed, not shrunk. If you don't know how to sew, call a seamstress or bring them to a place that does alterations
