Rubbing Alcohol. Test it on an unnoticable spot on the door first, just to be sure, but rubbing alcohol will take even permanent marker off of most surfaces. If you want something more gentle to try first, give it a shot or two with the cheapest hairspray you can find. The ink will start to dissolve almost instantly and run down the door - just wipe it up with an old rag and repeat until the mark is gone.
