What is the best wax and stripper to use for school floors. Any custodians out there please help.?

We use "Butcher" products here at the school. They carry a very good line of waxes. Holds up to propane buffers and 1000 students very well. We do have a very good preventative maintenance program that keeps them looking good. We strip and wax twice a year.
