Is there any way to get cat pee stains and smell out of swade(my spelling stinks sorry) or are my boots trash?
Question:my sons 30 pound cat thought it was a good idea to use my boots as his bathroom.HELP!
Answers:
Uh... your son owes you a pair of suede boots.
There's nothing you can do if they've really been soaked. Suede isn't waterproof.
However, since the boots are most likely ruined anyway, I'd try washing them. Try using white vinegar and water, then blot dry thoroughly. Make sure they're stuffed with towels or something while they dry, this way they don't shrink, and let them air dry in a cool place. Afterwards, use a product like "Nature's Miracle" or "Urine Gone" (enzymatic urine cleaners) to remove any residual stink.
Good luck!
You can try vinegar but most likely they are goners. So sorry to tell you. I've had 3 cats.
hahaha, soak them in bleach for like a day, then rinse them thoroghly, and then throw them in the washer.
yes, hand wash them in some pet stain remover, like resolve and if not so sorry.
sorry but i dont think you can do much about that
I had a cat that peed on a purse of mine made from hemp. I tried washing it and even spraying it with fabreez but it still smelled bad, I would say bye bye to your boots! The material is prettymuch ruined anyways and you will never get rid of the cat pee smell.
