How can i get these water spots off my coffee pot ?

The spots might be hard water deposits. Try soaking it in a mixture of 1 part vinegar and 3 parts hot water. It should sparkle!

Try a mixture of table salt and ice water... swish the mixture around and the brown stuff will disappear.

Just rinse it in plain white vinegar and warm water this will remove all the water spots and clean out the coffee pot too. You should do this on a regular basis to keep your pot running at its best all the time. maybe one a month or so..
