How do you clean a continuous-cleaning oven?
Question:i just moved into a new apartment with a very dirty continuous-cleaning oven. I have easy off but it says not to use it in it. I know that I should prob. just get a new one but I can't afford it right now. Does any one know how to clean one?

See if you can get the directions/instruction sheet. If it wasn't there. get the model number and check it out online. Do NOT use Easy-Off. It may ruin the oven.
It must be cleaned...continuously. Sorry, it is a long and arduous process. You will be cleaning this oven for the rest of your life!
I bet there is a dealer for the make of stove around so look in the directory and ask them.
A propane torch might just do the job.
