Remove rust spot from bathtub?

Question:

This might sound too simple, but it worked for me. Cut a lemon in half, add baking soda to the rust stain, and rub with the lemon. Good luck, I hope it works for you too. :)

try using a pumice stone, then get some appliance spray paint and paint over it so it won't happen again
Ooh. Rusting in bathtubs is hard to get out. The combination of the rust and the material they make bathtubs out of is a very hard combination to break. It requires a acid that is only found in saliva, combined with an acid that removes hair. What you ahve to do, is get some Nair, use it as mouthwash, and spit it out onto wherever the rust is. Then, using your feet, you must scrub it until it comes off. Good luck!
i use "Mr. Clean magic eraser" to remove small rust stains in my tub. you have to be careful though. if you scrub too much, it will dull the shine on the surface.
baking soda, water(make it a paste), a scrubbie, and elbow grease! hope that helps
Barkeepers Friend, can be bought at Walmart, it is like comet but takes rust stains off of porcelain and fiberglass. Try it
carefuly remove the rust and then try and repaint that section of the tub.
