How do I remove designs from my nalgene bottle?

Question:I have a blue nalgene bottle with white snowflakes all over it. I would like to remove the snowflakes so that it's just a blue bottle with the nalgene label, without getting the bottle really scratched up.

Try acetone or fingernail polish remover with acetone. I make things out of recycled bottles that have writing on it and can get most of the designs or writing off with acetone without damaging the bottle. Work in a well ventilated area though, the fumes are potent.
