I change mine once a week. I think that's enough really but then again i don't get as much time as I'd like in bed! If you sweat a lot then you may need to chabge it more frequently.
every 5 days. mmm clean bedding for sleepy nights.
I may be unclean but regretibly once a month thoroughly (matress turned etc).
Is this a trick question? lol
I change mine once a week!! That's enough!!
Every couple of days when I sleep in my bed. I can't resist fresh, clean bedding just off the line.

Are on settee at the moment!
i change my bedding at least twice a week and when its really hot every other day

I Change My Bedding Once A Week
Once a year on my birthday. wether it needs it or not.
once a week
Once a week at least!
once every two weeks, there isnt enough bedding to change it any more than that!
Once a week at least, I think also, it depends which country you are in and how hot it gets!! There's nothing like the smell of fresh bedding that has been hung on the line!!
Why bother. what will happen if you don't change it.Nothing terrible. Look at all the time you could save and washing tablets and conditioner if you changed it once for the summer when you put the lightweight duvet on and once again in the autumn when the heavier one goes on. Seems perfectly OK to me.Providing you haven't spilt anything or had a toilet accident that seems fine.
I do mine once a week. And I do the kids every couple weeks.
Vacuum the mattress once a month and wash the duvet & comforter once a month too.
Sometimes I change my pillowcases more often. I think from your hair being on the pillow, if you don't wash it everyday, the oils from your hair (& from your face) can cause you to breakout.
Like someone else said, I change the pillowcases (at least, if I don't want to change the whole bed) when I wash my hair.
Once in spring and then again in autumn. I find thats good enough for me.
