How do you get solid deodorant stains out of t-shirts?

Question:I get a build up of hard deodorant on my shirts.

Answers:
Try wetting a cloth with white vinegar and rubbing it on the stain. It may not smell great, but it takes those white stains right out.

Use a bar of Ivory soap moistened with hot water and rub it into the deodorant stain making a paste. Add some more hot water and work it into the fibers. Rinse thoroughly.
If that doesn't work, soak the stain in a mixture of warm water & vinegar before rinsing thoroughly.
Remove Arm Pit Stains:
To keep the stains from setting in as you wash your shirts add one cup of Hydrogen Peroxide to a load of light or white shirts and wash as normal.

For items already yellowing mix a quarter cup of Cascade in a bucket of hot, hot water soak the garments in the mixture to whiten whites.

Hint: Try not to over dry white and light colored items. Use a lower temperature setting as the higher settings can yellow whites. Also, some liquid fabric softeners can cause yellowing in white fabrics if not rinsed out well.

Have a great day!
