One cup.
I don't know that any bleach is needed unless you have a build up of green stuff on it.
Since the weathering would remove the white color over time and give it a grey shade that you can't whiten by bleaching, I would think just sudsy water like "Joy" dishwashing solution in a hose spray and then a brushing where you need it would take away all the grease, bug stickies on there. I used to use "Joy".
Here is what you shoudl use or they sell a siding wash at most home stores. If it's not to dirty use 1 gallon of water. Pre rinse the house from the bottom up. Apply the cleaner while the house is still wet.
3 quarts water
1 quart household bleach
1/3 cup powdered laundry detergent
2/3 cup TSP avalible any place they sell paint.
Use a good scrub brush or push broom to scrub then rinse before it dries.
