Hi, that's an oil-based stain, use some Dawn dish-washing liquid and rub it in. let it set a few minutes and wash in warmest water the material can withstand.

uhm id say soda! then white wash
soak in cold water, then add a little of your dish-washing detergent. rub in with your finger´s & rinse with cold water
take it back to the store tell them its the wrong size
your best bet is to tak it to the dry cleaners or just wash it in the washer
next time dont spray it so close

because of the chemicals in perfume, it would be best to let your blouse soak in a mixture of dish soap and then regular laundry detergent, this also works great for grease stains from cooking, and minor car grease stains. let soak in sink for about a hour or so, and then just lightly rub it. If the stain still isn't gone, don't dry it, it will set the stain for good.

Soak in Dawn dish soap...rub a little on the stain and just let it sit in HOT water for at least four hours.better yet overnight. Then launder as normal. This, too, works for grease stains.
