Do you have to do anything special to wash sneakers in washing machine?

I wash my sneaks with my white or lights. Then I dry them by putting them in front of my refrigerator and they are dry over night! I wash my leather sneaks too and they are fine!

Recommend that you place them in a container so that the noise doesn't drive you crazy or dent the inside tub.
I never have...just toss in with with your whites or colors, depending on what color your sneakers are. You might want to remove shoelaces and throw them in there too. They clean better if separate from sneakers. Air dry your sneakers outside or by heat..I wouldn't recommend putting in dryer.it can cause your sneakers to mis-shape.
I throw mine in with a load of towels. Be sure you tie the strings before you put them in the washer so that they don't get tangled up in something. Place them outside to dry in the sun.
Just throw them in with your regular wash and put in front of the heater or in the sun to dry.
make sure they are washable. Don't use bleach, do use oxiclean. Take out the laces, wash them separtely. Don't put them in the dryer.
If I may make a suggestion, wash the sneakers in the dish washer, without dishes in it of course. The dish washer does a better job and you don't have to listen to the noise.
When washing sneakers i pull the tongue out so it can get washed too.
When drying them, I tie the laces together in a knot and close the dryer door on them. So that they are exposed to the heat but not banging around. They just hang there.
