How do i remove smoke damage from a candle, it on the wall?

Removing anything but the lightest smoke damage from paint is practically impossible. You probably will have to repaint. You can try TSP, trisodium phosphate, this is an industrial strength cleaner available at home centers but don't hold your breathe.
I would try that mr clean magic earser...It's never failed!
You could try the magic eraser; however, it may take your paint off. Your best bet is to try to match the color of your wall to a color of paint and just repaint over that spot.
Mr. Clean Eraser will do the trick.
