How can i remove polyurethane from my paintbrush??

Question:there is also wood stain on the bristles....any suggestions?

Answers:
soak the brush in paraffin or white spirit , or if bad / solid --Paint stripper ' varnish stripper . ( read instructions carefully and don't get stripper on the skin as well as stripping paints varnishes it will do skin as well easily )
Wood stain could be more difficult to remove and cost more than a new brush

leave it overnight in paint thinner, then rinse it off
If the polyurethane is already dry on the brush you are out of luck. If it's still wet, it need to be cleaned with pain thinner or mineral spirits.
try with white spirit or turps
