get a razor, and try to cut the super glue form under the base of the super glue, but don't cut the shirt

Nail polish remover...BUT, it will melt some fabrics. Do a spot test in a location that will not be noticed before attacking the problem spot.

can't. I got some in my hair once; had to cut it out. Nail polish remover doesn't do anything, tried it. When I get it on my hands i use hand lotion and scrub it of, so, oil might loosen it.
'Goo Gone' might be able to take that out. At HomeDepot, its in the Paint department and in the cleaning aisle at Lawn and Garden.
you can try nail polish remover, a product called Goof-Off or Z-7 Debonder. Though I don't know the effects of these on clothes... it might wreak the cloth, or change the color of the cloth.
you could always try it out on a part of the shirt that doesn't matter as much like the armpit, or hem or something.
try soaking it in acetone to see if that will lift the glue out of the shirt. it works wonders on nails.
