How do you get white deodorant stains out of a black shirt?
Question:The shirt is 100 percent cotton and when I washed it the stain got bigger. Please Help!!
Answers:
wash it
I have read in a magazine that baby wipes will work. I have used baby wipes as soon as the stain happened, though. I am not sure if it will work if you already washed it.
try doing a search on ehow.com. I've found some pretty good solutions on the site.

Try putting Era (liquid detergent) on the stain and then washing in cold water. I keep a bottle of Era around just for stains and there have been very few that it hasn't removed.
spray and wash, shout, zout
wash in cold water after you spray the stain
it works if you rub the shirt against itself. Lift the bottom of the shirt and rub it against wherever has the stain. But I don't know if it will work if you washed it already.
rub vinegar on the stain let it sit for about 30 minutes and put in washer...
try using a face cloth soaked with water.
