Im washing khaki pants in the washer, are they considered.cotton white or cotton color?

I have khaki capris and a variety of colors. I usually wash mine in colors, i would have to answer colors to wash them in colors. Even if they are white khaki, i would still wash them in colors.

I believe the difference is whether you want them washed in cool or warm water. I'd do cool if I didn't want them to shrink.
