Vinegar. Clean with a solution of vinegar and water. I"m not sure of the amounts(you can check on line at sites like Heinz or any other vinegar manufacturer). If the stains are really hard try just the vinegar. The vinegar dissolves hard water spots, makes glass sparkle and it is environmentally friendly.
Use a towel chamois in the shower after each shower. Wipe down and dry the glass and water in the walls and floor. Once a week wash with bicarb of soda and vinegar.
