cdarefully scrape he tape off with a straightedge like a razor blade, then spray on wd40 or that goo remover stuff and wipe off thesticky.

Acrylaclean. We used it at the place I used to work to clean finished surfaces on yachts. You can find it in the hardware store or boatshops that sell this type of stuff.

wd-40. spray on let it sit up to 5min. then use a credit card to scrape it off. If it still doesnt want to come off reapply for 5more mins and it should come off with little effort and no wall damage
just put some rubbing alcohol on it try rubbing it into both side slowly and it should come right off...
