Try Sugar Paste: Sugar Paste, made of sugar and water, and allowed to sit for one hour, then wash as usual. This will usually remove anything!!
If you'd rather try something else: One cup of Tide with two cups of White Vinegar. Blot the stain well with this solution, rinse with cold water, blot again, and launder as usual.

vanish always works for me, the pre wash spray is better than the ones you put in with the powder. Also bicarb and vinegar makes an impressive fizz to force out tough stains!

I have found that regular dish washing soap, like Dawn, or Joy, is GREAT for most stains. Rub some, full-strength, into the stain, let it sit for a little while and then wash as usual. You'll be amazed how well this works, and it's very inexpensive to use!
