IT'S COTTON COLOR BUT I USUALLY WASH THEM WITH MY DELICATES JUST IN CASE THERE'S COLOR BLEED OUT FROM OTHER CLOTHES.

Cotton color- but I always wash them in a separate load just to be safe! It is summer, so there is no shortage of Khaki in our house right now! I do it just to be safe to avoid color bleedng. Also, make sure that you do not pour the detergent right on to the pants, it will leave marks on your pants.
