6Step Six Turn the blades until another dirty blade is within reach.
7Step Seven Spray a fresh paper towel with cleaner and wipe the blade's surface.
8Step Eight Continue the above process until each blade is clean.
Tips & Warnings
Fans should be cleaned thoroughly this way at least every two months. For weekly maintenance, dust the blades with a long cloth or feather duster.
Brass and metal fixtures should be cleaned separately with cleaning solutions appropriate to their composition.
Never clean fan while it is in motion.
Avoid exposing fan's motor to all-purpose cleaner.

Take it outside (not plugged in) and spray the heck out of it with a hose sprayer. Let it sit in direct sunlight for a day or two. Take the grills off and gently wipe the blades down and reassemble. It should work fine after this.

I hope this works for you!
IS IT A STAND UP FAN OR A CEILING FAN?

I TAKE MY STAND UP FAN APART AND TAKE IT OUTSIDE WITH THE HOSEPIPE OR IN THE BATHTUB. I USE WASHING POWDER, BLEACH AND A RAG.

IF IT'S A CEILING FAN, YOU CAN BUY A CEILING FAN CLEANER AT WAL-MART
